NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Beginning Wednesday, July 6, 2016, and continuing through Wednesday, August 3, 2016, new student enrollment for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 5th Grade will take place at the District Office.

Registration and enrollment for the free State-funded preschool programs in Poway Unified School District is taking place now. The State-funded preschool program is a FREE 3-hour, 5 days per week preschool class for children whose families meet the income guidelines. 1 free meal is included for students during the instructional day. Parents are requested to volunteer in class 2 days per month. Priority is given to all children who are or will be 4 years old by September 1 but 3 year old students are eligible, too. Once a class is full, children will be placed on a waiting list. Enrollment packets can be found online through this website, click HERE. Potentially, there would be classes offered at the following schools as long as enrollment numbers are met: Valley, Los Penasquitos, Del Norte, Sundance, Pomerado and Rolling Hills.
BOX TOPS: Don’t stop clipping your BoxTops! We earned $736 this school year just clipping BoxTops for Education! You can still help by collecting BoxTops this summer! Clip the BoxTops, keep them in a safe place, and turn them in next school year! Fifth graders, congratulations on your next big move to middle school. We will miss you! SCHOOL SUPPLIES: The HRES PTA has found an easy way for you to get ALL of your teacher approved school supplies that your students will need for next school year in one place! We are teaming up with EPI to help make your life much easier by giving you an opportunity to make one simple purchase to get all of your school supplies. There is no need to drive all over to find your school supplies at the best prices, only to find there are none left on the shelves. The PTA is bringing this program to you at cost in order to help families get their supplies easier and cheaper. The best part of this is that your students' supplies will be delivered to our school before the firsts day of class! It's so easy!!
