Graduates 2000 to Present
You have the option of coming into the Registrar's office to request a transcript without having to pay Parchment. If you prefer, you may purchase a copy and have it sent through Parchment for a fee. Transcripts will be sent to your institution by the institution's preferred method of delivery.

The link above provides you with the ability to request transcripts through ParchmentTM’s Secure Transcript delivery service. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select.
You may track your request online, and you will also receive an email notification when DocufideTM approves your transcript request, and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected).
Graduates prior to 2000
Graduates needing a transcript can come to the school to order it, download a print copy, or can send a signed request to the registrar containing the following information:
- Name of the student who attended PHS
- Dates of attendance at PHS and/ or graduation date
- Date of birth and Social Security number
- Destination of transcript
- Whether you require an Official or Unofficial copy of the transcript
- Provide a copy of a picture ID
- A pre-addressed stamped envelope
